SafeKnight is born

After months of working on a range of concepts and ideas to help improve personal safety, Chris Hawthorn has founded ‘SafeKnight Enterprises Limited’ and ‘The SafeKnight Foundation’.
The main focus of SafeKnight Enterprises will be transforming these ideas into a reality, and the first of these concepts to reach development stage is the ‘SafeKnight’ application for Smartphones. Promising to provide users with a one-click safety tool for everyday situations of vulnerability, the app is currently being developed in conjunction with a market-leading mobile innovation and development agency.
Using a percentage of the proceeds generated by the sale of the app, The SafeKnight Foundation has been set up to provide funding to various charities involved with crime prevention and victim support. As a non-profit organisation, the foundation aims to make a real impact within society and Chris is looking forward to forging partnerships with charities which will really benefit from the foundation’s support.
